To keep your machine in good operating order, it is important to have your machine cleaned and adjusted each year by an authorized technician. At BERNINA Sewing Center, we have an authorized, trained technician to perform all service work on-site.

Our goal is to have your machine cleaned and returned to you in approximately one week or up to two weeks if parts must be ordered. We will always verify with you before ordering parts. It is important to us that you are without your machine for as short a period of time as possible.
